Can I buy gift certificates?

Yes, we offer e-gift cards starting at $20 up to $200. For prices, check out our Services page. E-gift cards can be purchased here.

Can I get a massage if I am pregnant?

Absolutely! You are in the best hands with a Certified Prenatal Massage Specialist that has worked with countless women throughout every phase of pregnancy. Please reach out if you have any questions.

Do I have to take off all of my clothing?

No, when receiving a table massage you can take off as much as you are comfortable with. With this in mind, you will be covered with a sheet and each body part will only be uncovered as it is being worked on.

You also have the option of receiving chair massage, in which case you would remain fully clothed the entire time. For chair massage, dress comfortably in loose fitting clothing.

Will I be charged if I need to cancel my appointment?

Clients may cancel their booked appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. If a client needs to cancel their booked appointment less than 24 hours prior to their time slot, they will be charged for 50% of the booked session cost. If a client does not arrive at their booked appointment without prior notification, they will be charged for 100% of the booked session cost. There is a cancellation link at the bottom of the confirmation email you received. If you are having issues canceling online, please reach out via email or text.

If a client is experiencing any cold/flu symptoms, they can cancel anytime at no charge.

Will you bring chair massage into an office for an event?

Yes! Relieve tension and stress on the go with our convenient 10-30 minute chair massage services. Perfect for busy schedules, our therapist will target key areas of tension while you remain fully clothed and comfortably seated, allowing you and your team to experience instant relaxation and relief. Please contact us for a quote.

Is your facility ADA compliant?

Yes! Our extra wide hydraulic massage table is ADA compliant and has a weight capacity of 650 lbs. There is handicapped parking and a ramp to enter around the back of the building. There is also an elevator to get to our office on the second floor with ease.

What health precautions are taken?

Every surface that is touched is sanitized in between each session. All linens are changed between each client including eye pillow covers. There is a HEPA air filter in the treatment room. We keep up-to-date on current Covid and flu vaccinations and are happy to wear a mask if requested. We strive to keep everyone healthy!

Is there a quiet place for my partner to wait while I am receiving my massage?

Yes! We have a private reception area where your partner can relax in comfort with complimentary refreshments complete with a tv hooked up to several major streaming platforms. This can come in handy if you feel too tired to drive after your session or if you and your partner would like to receive your massages in back-to-back time slots.

Is it okay to stay quiet during my massage?

Yes! This is your time to relax and totally zen out. It is also okay to talk during your session if that is your preference, but please never feel like it is an awkward silence because silence is expected.

What is Cupping Massage?

Cupping massage creates suction to help lift and stretch the skin and underlying tissues, promoting myofascial decompression. This technique is often used to address muscle tension, improve circulation, and alleviate muscle soreness.

Do you take insurance?

We accept HSA/FSA cards. We can also provide you with a detailed receipt for reimbursement by your insurance company if your plan offers this benefit.
