With over a decade of expertise, Shayna's journey began in 2012 when she undertook extensive training in the advanced Master Body Worker Program at the esteemed Florida College of Natural Health. In 2014, her passion and commitment to helping others led her to establish Arnica Massage & Bodywork, a practice deeply rooted in community care.

Shayna's expertise is multifaceted. She is not only a Certified Prenatal Massage Specialist but also deeply dedicated to facilitating healing through various therapeutic massage techniques, including Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Cupping Therapy. Her unique approach seamlessly blends these deep tissue modalities with a soothing, individualized touch, ensuring that each treatment aligns with the unique needs of her clients.
